Every pastor and CEO of an organization needs to understand that, at any given time, there are always three kinds of people in their organization. Successfully discerning between these three kinds can mean the difference between organizational success or failure. This vital teaching and roundtable discussion led by Bishop Mattera will unpack how to both discern and distinguish between these three kinds of people so that leaders can effectively relate to all of them.

1. Take I-278 West to Exit 23 for 39th Street.
2. At the light at the end of the exit ramp, make a left u-turn onto 39th Street.
3. Continue for about 1.5 miles and make a left onto Fort Hamilton Parkway.
4. Fort Hamilton Parkway will turn into Caton Avenue. Continue on Caton Avenue.
5. Turn left at East 8th Street. The church is a few blocks down on your right.
